Our serviced apartments are fully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  We provide high speed broadband, Flat Screen Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix.  We also include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.  Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as tea towels, oven gloves, kitchen paper towels and laundry detergent are all included too.  We provide a small supply of bin bags, foil and clingfilm.

Our bathrooms include shower gel and shampoo and a few toilet rolls to get you started.  Fresh towels and linen are included, one bath sheet and hand towel per guest.  For longer stays we can arrange to clean and change the linens weekly as part of our premium cleaning service.

We can also provide on request, a travel cot (bed linen not supplied), highchair and fans in hot weather.

Payment is required 30 days in advance of your stay.  If booking less than 30 days before arrival then payment will be due as soon as booking is confirmed.  Payment is via bank transfer or Debit/Credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.  For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our terms and conditions page.

A security deposit of £250 will be applicable.  This is either pre-paid, and fully refundable upon post-departure inspection, or by pre-authorisation against a credit card.

A cleaning fee ranging from £60 to £120 depending on the property is applied to all bookings.

Interim cleaning costs for longer stays can be negotiated.

Extra linen fee of £25 is charged, ONLY if you require the second bedroom to be made up when only 2 people are booked.

If you require a parking permit for 19 Walker, this can be arranged and is chargeable at £5 per day.

ByEvo operate a straight forward and simple remote self-check in service.  Full details are provided 24 hours before arrival by email.

Check-in is normally from 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is normally by 10am on day of departure.  However, we can arrange early Check-in or late Check-out for a small additional fee or in certain circumstances for free if we have no overlapping bookings and it is arranged in advance.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund.  Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.  We will always endeavour to work with you in the event that you have to cancel.  However due to the popularity of our apartments being booked well in advance, it makes it difficult to re-let to other guests, hence our cancellation policy.

Our prices are based on a minimum 2 people sharing 1 bedroom.  Additional guest fees are charged at £20-£25 per person per night depending on the property.  We can accommodate up to 9 adults in our large 3 bedroom house, or upto 6 adults in our 2 bedroom apartments.  If you have small children that could share a small sofa bed we could accommodate 8 people, but they are only suitable for 1 adult to sleep comfortably.   At the time of booking we will need the names and addresses of everyone staying in the property.

Online bookings are a minimum of 3 nights, but if you only require a 1 or 2 night stay then please call and our booking team will offer you the best price available.

Yes we have solutions for long stays and for those requiring interim housing or companies requiring corporate apartments for an extended period of time, please contact us for details.

Yes we will require you to complete a registration form with all guest details and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We always take a security deposit at the start of your stay to cover for any accidents.  We usually pre- authorise your card for £250 which is automatically released after check out, or charged depending on the cost of the damage.
