For the time you’re with us, it’s your relaxed space to live, work and socialise in. The “serviced” bit means that your apartment is just that, “fully serviced”. Included in your rate at The ByEvo Apartments, are all the utilities, as well as the complimentary Wi-Fi. There are beautiful modern bathrooms, and fully fitted and well equipped kitchens that are ready for cooking. When you arrive, the apartments will have been freshly cleaned, the cushions will have been plumped, and everything will be in full working order. During your stay, our housekeeping team will come in once a week and clean the apartment, and change the bed and bathroom linen. If there are any maintenance issues during your stay, just let us know, and they’ll be repaired as soon as possible.
Our serviced apartments have been furnished to cater for all the needs and essentials of modern day living. There’s enough plug sockets for all your devices (we even provide USB charging sockets in case you forget your plug/adapter) a 40” Smart TV with Free view channels and Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen, including full size fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

These are free to use for the whole of your stay. You’ll also have your very own washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board should you need to use them.
4. You can choose how you dine. Prepare a meal in our well-equipped kitchen, order in a take-away, or dine out in one of many local restaurants – whatever takes your fancy. If you do choose the take-away option you will have a dining space and cutlery unlike a hotel room.
5. You get your privacy. You can come and go as you wish, and with our secure check in and checkout system, you don’t have to wait in line at a hotel reception desk on arrival or departure.
